Content Removal / Takedown Request Policy

Orchard Arts respects the rights of individuals and copyright holders. If you believe that content appearing on this website infringes upon your rights, was used without authorization, or should be removed for any valid legal reason, you may submit a formal Content Removal Request.

To process your request, please provide all of the following information:

1. Your Full Name

2. Email Address

3. Your Relationship to the Content
   (e.g., model, copyright owner, representative, legal guardian, etc.)

4. URL(s) of the Content You Want Removed
   (Direct links required)

5. Description of the Issue
   Explain why the content should be removed.

6. Proof of Identity
   A government-issued ID or equivalent to verify your identity.

7. Proof of Ownership or Rights (if applicable)
   Any documentation showing you hold rights to the content or your image.

8. A Signed Statement confirming the following:

   • That the information provided is accurate.

   • That you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by you or the law.

   • That you are the rightful owner of the rights in question or legally authorized to act on their behalf.

   • Your signature and date.

Upon receiving a complete request, Orchard Arts will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the content.
