Refund Policy

• Digital Products: All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

• Books:

  • If a book arrives defective, we will replace it at no cost.

  • If the book is not defective, customers may return it at their own expense for a refund once it is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products: If the product has not been downloaded, a full refund may be issued.

• Physical Products: If the order has not yet shipped, it may be cancelled for a full refund.
